Any suggestions for a case?

I have upgraded my home pc a tiny bit but am slowly coming to accept the fact that I need to upgrade my case as well.

My two biggest things though is that I am not much into the whole rgb thing (makes me feel like my pc is a Kpop Demon hunter extra, find it distracting).

I have two monitors on it and due to the tiny table I am using, the one sits on the case which in turn stands on two side tables.
The table and side tables are sentimental, my grandfather built the side tables and I built the main table for my daughter, then it went to my son, now it is back to me.

Excuse the cable management, or lack thereof, it is a physical representation of my indecisiveness.

Anyway, any suggestions for a solid top no glass case that is relatively wide/deep?

I am actually at the point where I feel like just building a case.

I have had this case for 14 or so years and most of it's contents are between 2 days to 6 weeks old.

Yea seems the solution is to just get a case with glass and tint it.

Pretty much all hardware come with options to turn off RGB, you just need to install their relevant software/drivers as needed.

I also hate RGB. Previous pc I build had this big glass side case. I kept everything black, including black fans without rgb/lights.
Then I just put one discreet white LED strip in it. You cant see the strip just the light. I like it as I can always see if my fans are spinning and also if its getting a bit dusty inside.

Just disable the RGB? The case brand that I recommend. 1) Montech, 2) Antec, 3) Deepcool, 4) Lian Li, and 5) Phanteks.

Cases are also growing on the more expensive side. The question is more how much you are willing to budget?

I did but would need to either get a new table or replace the plexiglass sheet I added to the back of the current table for the monitor and speakers to stand on (and to give the table more depth) with something more solid.
I suppose I could remove that sheet of plexi and just stick one of these directly onto the wood, thanks for bringing the option up as it got my brain thinking a bit more out of the box. I will decide.

Ultimately I think the current table is not optimal and I am just being sentimental and stubborn.

a) monitor arm and b) side-slung case bracket could work so your case is hung off the side of the table. You could probably even fashion one yourself from some angle iron if you wanted to go the DIY route.

Yea, I actually changed out my keyboard after the above photo for one that backlit the characters of the keys and could be programmed to be a single solid colour so now the keyboard and mouse are dimly lit up in blue to make it easier to see them when the smart lights dim at night.

The cheapie speakers I bought still irritate me as they have 4 presets and dark, 90% of the time I just set them to dark but think I will take them apart and just rewire them to only have the blue LED's lit up or just replace whatever LED array is in there with blue.
Main irritation with them is I have to manually adjust them each time I turn the pc on.

I was reading somewhere, a guy got two monitor arms instead of a dual, it would actually work for this desk with one on each side of the desk.
