A lot of people are selectively old fashioned when it comes to football. No to modern aids to stop refereeing incompetence when it can actually affect the game, but it's ok to use TV replays to punish players - selectively of course.

It's ok to cash in on the massive TV fueled revenue and line all those executive pockets, but god forbid they use a television to make the game fair.

The whole thing is a farce.

It should be done like this a captain has 3 opportunities to consult the video ref and let him make the decision. Like in this match the mexican captain could've used 1 of his chances to consult the vid ref. this wont mess up with the flow of football it'll increase it. people cant complain anymore that its the refs fault or all that stuff
