why wont they consider moving the start location?

Start location moving to the parade, entrants of this years CTCT gets R50 off and first option to enter. Those who paid for a 2nd lap will get one for free in 2018 should they meet the qualification seeding.

I did in 2016, was entered to do it twice in 2017 and if I get invited to do it twice next year I'll give it a shot.
