I have a cellc contract that has ended the 31st of March 2019 it's been 2months already and and debits are still going off which I had to reverse because it has been payed up in full...I spoke to an agent and he told me that I need to pay up the amount that is in arreas in order for the contract to be canceled...when I took out the contract no one has ever advised me that I'm going to have to pay extras I refuse to pay this amount because I have other responsibilities to take care of ...that is why I did not renew this contract plz advice what I should do because this is unacceptable and it needs to be sorted out ASAP .. it's really reflecting bad on my name and I refuse to pay for 2 extra months

You did not renew - but did you cancel the contract?

I was going to ask if you were from worcester but the person I know from there that shares your name is somewhat older than you.
