2010 could finish as the warmest year on record, the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has reported.

Having lived at the coast for 30+ years , you can see a slight rise in the sea, there are a couple spots that used to be reachable on any low tide - now even spring low it's dodgy at best.

Not here in the cape it's not. It's been miserable since March. Only last week did things start to warm up but it's cool and overcast again now

The reason why they changed from "Global Warming" to "Climate Change", is because people were pointing out that some places had colder weather than before.
