Article: AfriForum versus Malema

AfriForum will distribute one million pamphlets country wide as part of their marketing campaign to garner public support against ANC Youth League president Julius Malema's hate speech, the organisation said on Sunday.

"The marketing campaign includes the distribution of more than one million pamphlets to households all over South Africa, and advertisements on television, radio and various publications," lawyer Kallie Kriel said in a statement.
 
It is all part of the genocide case we lodged at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

It is good to see the "right wing" forming a cohesive bond by working together in a civilised manner towards a common enemy.

Yeah no matter how futile it is. Didn't Malema apologise earlier this week? This action is only going to get Juju into another poorly thought out frothy.

I believe quite a few.
The poor whites don't mind though.
All they want is to be rid of this government.
I believe the most of the money donated for this campain comes from the destitute unemployed whites.
 
At least they are doing something. I find Malema's calls for white people to join his party highly insulting, he's deliberately trying to take the piss out of white people. Thinks he's smart but this was not a smart move.

We have to break this stigma of them and us. We can hope that is invitation for young whites to join the ANCYL means he's trying to change his ways and not just a pre-election publicity stunt.

Not as many as the ANC could have helped by running a non corrupt government that supports theft of public money by their MEC's and struggle veterans. I'm sure those 'poor whites' you seem to be so concerned about really don't mind as long as the ANC is left as a footnote in history.

Well that's highly unlikely, the only way those million pamphlets could hurt Malema is if someone dropped the box on his head. Either way, I'm pretty sure those poor whites (and by those I mean the type that live in squatter camps that AfriForum is meant to be helping) would rather food than pamphlets.

given the timing, his previous attitude and behaviour as well as some of the stuff he said about whites at the same meeting I can only assume that it's a pre-election publicity stunt

Yeah you're probably right unfortunately, then again there are members here who probably won't change either so it's a bit of a lose/lose situation. Only difference is that the members here just sit here and moan about the country on a forum while Malema has the power to encite the masses, unfortunately not for the better in a lot of cases.
