Article: Back to basics for ANC: Zuma

The ANC will go "back to basics" through its Imvuselelo campaign, President Jacob Zuma said on Sunday.

"We must use this campaign to reflect on where we are and what we can do in the immediate, to make the ANC the fighting force needed to take our people forward in the fight against poverty, inequality and unemployment and build a national democratic society," he said in a speech prepared for delivery.
 
Sounds like he was reading from an election speech again, pretending it is something new. One trick would be to get the National Development Plan working, instead of just talking about it
 
Back to basics after trying for 20 years !!!!

Guess this is then the start of the next 20 years of failure.....
 
Back to Basics??? They never got away from the start.
 
Go back to basics by:

-> Providing water, electricity & sanitation where it is needed (of course these people must pay for what they use as well).
-> Improve the current education system, focus on quality rather than the quantity of people who pass in any given year. Create an incentive for knowledgeable people who are living overseas to come this side to educate our people. Whether they be South African in origin or otherwise.
-> Instead of focusing too much on grants for the unemployed, rather make education cheaper.
-> Do not abuse our money, give detailed reports of where the money has gone with proof of what the money has achieved.
-> Fight corruption.
-> Make communications cheaper and more accessible, create competition in the industry.
-> Refrain from any racial comments or racially based policies.

Do this for 20 years and the improvement will be far greater than the 20 years since 1994 to 2014!

Sorry Zuma - you dont have it.

Until you appoint the CORRECT people regardless of colour, there is no hope. You dont appoint people so you can manipulate them for gain!
 
More lip service..
