When will we see this mature?Clearly Mr Roets is not too clued up on the Bill. Has he ever heard of the skills development element in BBBEE?

Actually, it was a real beginning for some. And please not I'm not condoning what the ruling party is doing.
There is no "right" way to correct the problems created by apartheid simply because the problems weren't created in a "right" way. How do you get your wallet back if someone stole it and it legally became their property? Either you let it be or you steal it back. In both instances its stealing based on creating laws just like the apartheid government made laws to "remove" from land etc etcSo what's the correct way to discriminate based on race then?
Not to mention the fact that "African" isn't a race of course.
