Article: Beware your ex

A Pretoria woman whose fiancee broke off their engagement has gone to court to claim back her contribution to their living expenses, it was reported on Friday.

Wanda Moller, 28, sued her ex Anthony Potgieter, 25, for R1.33 million in the Pretoria High Court, but they later reached a settlement which was made an order of the court, Beeld reported.
 
R500 000 for damages to her dignity and status? :wtf: This damages it even further.
 
You have to ask your self.... was he just supposed to marry her ?

and who is going to marry her now ? The chick that sued her ex...
 
Suing for damages for breaking off an engagement is nothing new. My dad warned me in 90's to never get engaged unless I intended to really marry else I could get sued.
 
If this is the guy then he left her because he's [-]gay[/-] just not interested anymore.

In court papers, Moller said they agreed on September 25, 2010, to marry, but Potgieter told her on June 18, 2011, that he did not want to anymore. She claimed he was involved with another woman, but he denied this.

Maybe she stopped giving bj/sex when they got engaged (like most woman when they get married) and so he pulled the cord.

But jeez R500k is a little bit crazy!!
