Article: Bizos altered Mandela's speech

Former president Nelson Mandela's lawyer George Bizos advised him to slightly alter the speech he delivered shortly before he was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Rivonia trial in the 1960s, it was revealed on Thursday.

Speaking at Mandela's celebration and memorial held at the University of the Witwatersrand, Mandela's friend and anti-apartheid activist Ahmed Kathrada said Bizos advised Mandela to add the word "if needs be", to a pivotal part of the speech he delivered.
 
Those were the great days when the struggle was truly non-racial
 
Let's not blind ourselves with race friends, as now the new apartheid is the have and have nots.

Oh wait did I offend someone by stating the obvious with tenderpreneurs and fat cats at the top of the socioeconomic ladder and working class people mulling everyday to pay their taxes (and etolls) aswell as debt, tertiary education, private healthcare plans, private security firms, inflated communication costs, various other things the government taxes us on or services we need to pay for privately as state services are a joke as budgets are squandered.
 
I would love to see travel documents application stats for this period compared to same period in 2012... :p:D
