Article: Boxes of unopened medicines found dumped

Several boxes of unopened medicines were found dumped in Mthatha, Eastern Cape police said on Saturday.

"The medicines have not been used and we found many boxes," said Lt-Col Mzukisi Fatyela.
 
The recipients probably never received books on how to use the medicine and hence dumped it.
 
Our health care system is in shambles and medicines are found dumped on a patch of land.
Our education system is in shambles and school books are dumped on a patch of land.

Anyone have another example to add or should we have a poll to see what will be found next?

It was dumped because they thought it was sweets and sweets make your teeth rotten.
