Is it just me or does having someone check your computer for child porn strike me as sort of like having a police officer shoot up on the heroine they found on you to check that it is heroine?
This stuff has to hold up in a courtroom. I doubt they are going to be able to say "well it could just be the dude's wedding photos inappropriately labeled but the files were about the right size to be child porn so we are fairly confident".nah, it's easy to distinguish images based on their volume, where they are hidden, what the nature of the pics are, etc. people have all their obsessions, some people are also baby crazy without it being a sexual fetish

At some point surely someone has to look at those photos? (or videos or whatever these kiddie-fiddlers are into these days)
Good point.i guess it's the equivalent of a straight guy looking at gay porn. i mean someone who is into the kiddy fiddling and someone who isn't will see two completely different pictures, but they can still both agree on what it is![]()
was this the same person accused of having 'kinky porn' last week? if so, how did it got from kinky to child porn?
I was about to ask the same question.![]()
I may be wrong, but does'nt SA legislation say that it is under age porn if the person "appears" to be under age?
