The DA denied a report on Tuesday that a donor was behind the merger talks between the DA and Agang SA leader Mamphela Ramphele, opposition spokesman Mmusi Maimane said.
"There can be no donor that can force us to make such a decision," he said.

And just yesterday I joked that Ramphele staged the whole thing to get financing and then pulled out when she had it.
