Article: DA will bring back apartheid: ANC

The logic is failing with this one.

If the DA get into power it will be because the majority have voted them into power.

Why would the majority vote for a return to apartheid ?

Probably because there is a lack of accountability. The voters don't hold the people they put in office accountable. They put the mark in the little box like all good sheep and then think everything will be given to them. They elected their king and now the king decides on everything.

And the king and his carnies love that this is what people think.

I just gave one example to substantiate my claim that all politicians are the same. If you truly believe that this example is invalid, I will abandon it and give you many other examples.

Go for it. Again, the equivocation is false. The ANC have a much longer and much more distasteful list than the DA.

DA has been accused of being disingenuous bacause they're associating themselves with a current ANC member, MK founder/leader and self-confessed although noble terrorist. Why DA Why?

They associate themselves with some of the principles and values they think he represents. Are they not allowed to do that? The ANC doesn't own Mandela, or the things he stood/stands for.

Mandela is an ANC member.

What does this mean? Is it a case of bad vs worst?

That's why it's labelled as disingenuous. It's like putting beef on the label while knowing very well that there's also donkey meat in your product.

i think all surveys conducted should also include the "highest level of education" and match the results to their education... hell, do a survey and compare results for "who's slept with their siblings" with Brakpan and Sandhurst and your results may differ quite a bit... #justsaying

The DA showed significant growth in by-elections contested across South Africa yesterday. We retained all 5 DA wards, and made significant inroads in the 3 ANC-held wards we contested.

In Metsimaholo ward 10 (Free State), the DA grew its support by 17 percentage points from 11% in 2011 to 28% in yesterday’s by-election.
In Greater Tzaneen ward 24 (Limpopo), the DA grew its support by 9 percentage points from 5% in 2011 to 14% in yesterday’s by-election.
In Makhuduthamaga ward 27 (Limpopo), the DA grew its support by 24 percentage points from 2% in 2011 to 26% in yesterday’s by-election.

Taken together, the DA grew its support in these 3 wards from 6% in 2011 to 22% in yesterday’s by-elections.

With all the white racists still left in the country, can you blame them.
The DA needs to show/market what transformation it has done/implemented. This is the only way to change perceptions

Mandela is an ANC member.

And? They never said he wasn't, or that he was a DA member.

What does this mean? Is it a case of bad vs worst?

I'm showing you why the equivocation fails. All politicians and political parties aren't equally distasteful.

Nope. They never claimed anything other than supporting the principles and values he stands for. They never said he was a DA member, or that he wasn't a DA member.

Is this the same kind of mxit surveys?
Those are highly unreiable, and most of those kids will talk **** anyway as a joke.

This Marius Fransmen sounds really dimwitted.

I so wish DA can conduct their own survey to validate this. For now DA must work to educate youth about its policies and what it can offer to nation (Remember nothing much has changed from Cape Town city since the won election, ANC have provided a lot of housing in that WC, ohh sorry da tried to build toilets)

I agree. Something simple, to show what authority they have and what they don't have.

This is a load of **** though. It's a WC cANCer that is meriting a bogus survey...

I mean, you didn't even need a survey to realise there was a problem. Helen Zille said that there was a problem. That's why they started with the campaign. All this dumbass is saying is, "ja.". Sensationalist headlining.

Meanwhile...

http://mg.co.za/article/2013-04-19-limpopo-toilets-are-still-the-pits

It is breaktime and the playground is full at Baropodi Primary School in the rural Limpopo area of Jane Furse. About 20 young schoolgirls sift through paper thrown on a half-burnt pile of rubbish. They are looking for the cleanest pieces to use as toilet paper.

About four metres away, their peers have already chosen their paper and are sitting on concrete blocks with holes in them, relieving themselves. When the wait for these pit toilets becomes too long, some of the girls squat down in the dirt.

These toilets do not have walls. But no one bats an eyelid at what is happening in full view of the whole playground.

This is one of 16 schools visited by rights organisation Section27 last week, following up on the Limpopo education department's promise earlier this year to build new toilets at 215 desperate schools by July 24 ("Section27 threatens more court action over Limpopo schools", Mail & Guardian, February 15).

The M&G joined Section27 on its trip last week to speak to school governing bodies and found that only one of the 16 schools showed any signs of construction.

The ANC in the Western Cape on Wednesday said the youth were correct in believing the DA would bring back apartheid if elected to govern.

This follows a survey released on Tuesday which indicated that 54 percent of black youth questioned expected the Democratic Alliance would revert to apartheid if it won the 2014 election.

Extravagant claims and accusations...without a shred of evidence to back it up. I'm cancelling my Comedy Channel sub, the ANC provides more than enough lulz for me.

DA should sign up all the moderate Blacks, Indians, Coloreds, Chinese, Foreginers, etc display on tv & then see what other excuse ANC can come up with

That is such a tragedy.

Stuff like this needs to make it to ears and eyes of the masses, that's even if they give a damn, there's not much ubuntu left on this continent.
