A hospital in southern China says surgeons have successfully removed a rusty, 4-inch knife from the skull of a man who claimed it had been stuck in there for four years.

Urrr... I'm a doctor.

Guy was stabbed with a knife below his jaw last year around June. He than presented to casualty in Jan 2011 with a tender abscess below left jaw. Xray showed a knife blade that was missed previuosly.

3 days later walks home with knife removed.
