France sought to stamp out a new electronic cigarette containing cannabis, launched Tuesday with the claim it provides all of the relaxation but none of the mind-altering effects of marijuana.

Health Minister Marisol Touraine said the product would "incite the consumption of cannabis" and that she intended approaching the courts to ban it.

What the hell kind of logic is that?

You can't ban something just because you don't like something that may or may nor result from it.

That's like saying that she should lose her job as Health Minister because keeping her job could incentivise her to take bribes!
