Surely barring them from parliament because of what they choose to wear in unconstitutional? Even if there is a dress code. In fact a dress code or regulation is itself surely unconstitutional? They are elected representatives, irrespective of what they wear.
Sin Fein is a Northern Irish party which won 5 seats on the UK parliament. They can't take their seats though, as they won't swear alleigence to the queen.
I also thought of Julius as that but I quickly realised he's actually pure genius. Everything they do is to get attention and support but the puppets in the ANC are too stupid to see it. Not that I see that as a bad thing. As for following the law it's actually just a dress code and not a law. Their dress is also not against the code but the ANC wants to change it again as they continually try to change the law to suit them, like the secrecy bill.If EFF come into power, they would expect the citizens to follow the law, not so?
So why the **** cant they do it now!
Malema and his merrymen are thugs - plain and simple.
