If you only pay a fine, does it still reflect on your police clearance certificate as a criminal record?

182 km/h is somewhat excessive in SA, but I'd rather people with suitable cars be allowed to do 160 km/h in the fast lane than have pr1cks that drive around who don't indicate, who veer out of their lanes or do 90 km/h down a busy main road!

On three different occasions in the last month I've encountered some real idiots driving 1990's model Mercs!

One dude turned left in a right only lane to cut me off when i was in the left lane. Another dude was doing 30km/h down a side road, then when i overtook him and once we were around the block he decided to do 90 to 100km to catch up or overtake. I guess he wanted to show me he was capable of driving fast? And lastly, tonight Mr Old 90's Merc wasn't staying in his lane and veering into mine
