Speaking during a parliamentary debate about Human Rights Day on Tuesday, she said the "second transition" of the Constitution currently being touted by the ruling ANC was only a smoke screen to cover up poor service delivery.
 
And they are 1000000% correct...

Our Constitution is still pretty damn good if you ask me... the guavamint on the udderhand is absolutely bloody pathetic and useless and corrupt.

Also consider the fact that they are seeking methods to legalize their corruption and fraud and as such are looking for methods to silence the critique and get rid of "opposition" and pestering media or public opinions.
 
We have one of the most modern, progressive and admired constitutions in the world. Why on earth would a ruling democratic party want to change that? Maybe the socialist side of the ANC is flaring up?

Because the ANC does not believe in the constitution as it is proving to be tediously getting in the way of wholesale looting on the scale only a showerkop can dream up...
 
ANC MP John Jeffery argued there was nothing sinister about the ANC's wish to change the Constitution.

Yeah, like a bunch of corrupt thieves can be trusted.

I thought our constitution guarantees every citizen a standard of living provided by the state?

and advocates racial discrimination

Perhaps also every criminal's right to vote?
