Article: Govt to focus on implementation

Voting is around the corner, and how else can Government Departments show up area's like the Western Cape.
Look what we have done, but look what they have done !​
At his stage of the development since 1994 of all South African Governing Departments, we, should not find any worker not knowing where they came from, and where they should be at this stage.
It does seem, that every now and then a kick in the behind, no different to Oxen, being whipped, they then tend to follow the road they are supposed walking on ! :twisted:
