The SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) will conduct hearings into complaints of hate speech made against ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema, the Afrikanerbond said on Sunday.
"It is of extreme importance that the Human Rights Commission make a ruling on hate speech and/or inciting language which poses a particular threat to the constitutional democracy in general and minorities in particular," chief secretary Jan Bosman said in a statement. The hearings would take place in Johannesburg on Monday and Tuesday.
