Instead of just shooting them (which will kill them immediately) ,they had to endure a fall from a plane just to drown from being intoxicated.

They were dead first, bodies thrown to sea... but even if they weren't its still more humane that putting tires around someone and setting them alight (I'm not saying any of it was humane - an OD on sedatives vs being burnt alive... just saying some have paid for their crimes, others haven't.)

Something similar appeared in an American movie about the Vietnam War. Some Yank officer or South Vietnamese officer, would interrogate Viet Cong fighters in a flying helicopter and kick them out if he wasn't happy with their answers or something.

I think I saw that movie too..

As discussed in the Basson thread this is actually a nice argument. Basson can claim he didn't kill anyone because he only supplied the sedative and that didn't kill the prisoners. The aircraft guys can say they were alive when they left the aircraft and can therefore not be held responsible for what happened after they exited the aircraft. Dolus Eventualis has been proven weak by Oscar and these guys set the precedent.

Nice would be exactly the wrong word. Interesting, would be better.
