Article: Internet access a 'human right'

Almost four in five people around the world believe that access to the internet is a fundamental right, a poll for the BBC World Service suggests.
 
The sad thing about this poll, something I think most people are overlooking, is that half the people surveyed believe that government should control the 'net. I despair for the world our children have to live in.
 
Frankly I think they need to take care of the other human rights 1st
