Article: Jackson Mthembu shot

The ANC Chief Whip's office expressed shock on Monday at the shooting and wounding of party MP Jackson Mthembu during an armed robbery.

"We are disturbed and infuriated by this mindless and callous act of criminality and implore the police to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that those savage thugs face the full might of the law," spokesman Moloto Mothapo said in a statement.

Guarantee that the culprits are found by the end of the week, and their court case is fast tracked etc etc.....

I really and truly hope more ANC MP's are robbed and shot, maybe then we can expect the crime in this country to be taken seriously by this "Guavamint" of ours.

Disturbed. Outraged. Shocked. Infuriated. *yawn*

STFU and get to the back of the queue, ANC. We've been havin' it.

"We are disturbed and infuriated by this mindless and callous act of criminality and implore the police to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that those savage thugs face the full might of the law," spokesman Moloto Mothapo said in a statement.

Speech by the Minister of Police, Mr Nathi Nhleko on the occasion of the Budget Vote, Parliament

Am I the only one who can see the blatant disconnect here ..... ?

Of course this is a terrible act and I don't wish Mthembu any harm

I do hope ANC realise before its too late that the only way to reduce crime is to hold leaders accountable

So now the ANC are shocked? What about the millions of ordinary citizens that are affected daily?

We in a spiralling crime crisis and the ANC thinks otherwise? Maybe we should remove all security at Nkandla and see how long Zuma lasts.
