AfriForum is ready to fight against ANCYL president Julius Malema's singing of an "inciting" struggle slogan in the Constitutional Court and even at international forums, the organisation said on Monday.
The civil rights group's statement comes after Malema commented on Sunday at a press conference in Boksburg that he was prepared to go to the Constitutional Court to defend singing the struggle song with the words "dubul' ibhunu", which, according to Afriforum's court papers, means "shoot the boer".

How I just wish we can just move on and stop living in the apartheid era. Two wrongs have never made a right!! The apartheid government used to call black all these sorts of names and the poor blacks never had access to the courts and for the sake of moving on the ANCYL must just stop this nonsense
