Three quarters of metro adults feel the words "kill the boer, kill the farmer" constitute hate speech, a TNS survey has found.
The survey, in which 2000 residents of metropolitan areas participated, found 74 percent felt the phrase constituted hate speech, 18 percent disagreed while eight percent said they did not know.
