ANC Youth League president Julius Malema incorrectly targeted Anglo American when he urged Vereeniging township residents not to vacate the mineral rich land on which they are staying, according to a report on Friday. The Anglo American mining company sold the prospecting rights of the Bantu Bonke settlement to an empowerment company, Richtrau No 253, earlier this year, Business Day reported.
