Article: Malema friend resigns

Limpopo roads and transport head Ntau Letebele, under an internal investigation over a multimillion rand tender, has resigned from the department, according to a report on Wednesday.

The tender allegedly partly benefited former ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema.
The New Age reported that Letebele handed in a 24-hour resignation notice on Monday.
 
Isn't a notice a calendar month and for a head I would think 6 months
 
I didn't know ANC government departments care about corruption. Why did they launch an internal investigation. Now that poor man is without a job.

They're serious about corruption that doesn't benefit their buddies, and VERY serious about corruption that benefits/benefitted former buddies that stepped out of line.
 
I thought last year was the end of Malema headlines. The media pays too much attention to Malema and his friends. The sooner they ignore him, the sooner he will disappear into the woodwork :D

We seem to be in the aftermath stage, where corruption finally gets exposed without anyone left to defend these corruptees.
