Article: Malema to continue as ANCYL president

Julius Malema will continue to perform his duties as president of the ANC Youth League (ANCYL) despite his suspension by the ANC, the ANCYL said on Sunday.

"The NEC agreed that ANC Youth League President should continue participating as a President of the ANC Youth League and perform all his functions as a President, because the decision to temporarily suspend has not been officially communicated to the ANCYL as a structure of the ANC," the league said in a statement.

It's times like these when I'm not all for the world being a "global village" with travel & especially in this case, communication.
The whole world can see what a blooming freak show this country has become.
 
Seriously can't the ANC just shut down the ANCYL?
 
Malema is tearing the ANC and ANCYL apart :p

I think its a good move.

Anything that will provoke the ANC to disband the ANCYL is a welcome for me :)

The ANC is basically saying the YL is going rogue and in fact risk becoming an organisation out of the ANC by default.
 
Can't believe that these fuskers are still in the news. Leave them be they doing a great job soon they all implode
