Article: Malema's hot-shot attorney

It would be absolutely fantastic if the DA or even the frigging ANC started asking (loudly) how come Malema was being represented by an 'agent' lawyer.

I wonder what happened with this 'legal' relationship between Julias Malema and Nicqui Galaktiou seeing that she now has her own practice, in these days Malema used Brian Kahn's incorporated attorneys. Anyway, it was only a year later that Agliotti's attorney, Laurence Hodes, represented Malema and became a permanent EFF legal staple, with the exception being the one 'incident' where Malema's lawyer, which happened to be black, made a mess with a submission, and also recently the EFF was represented by a white lawyer in the Cape Town High Court which brought me to this necro.

Going through my social updates, I noticed this statement on the EFF Twitter page,

Misunderstanding... Malema have now twice made these remarks. The BLA stepped into a house which overshadows theirs.

Where is the transformation in the EFF and the BLA, I see no other race to represent....... this is racist

Jo.. do black people need so much boost to keep them from losing jobs? How is the country run by black government, black people are 80% of the population, they have AA/BEE and yet.. it seems that blacks are losing the battle..

JM wants to transform the judiciary so it will be easier to get away with fraud, corruption and money laundering!
Not that it is that difficult, just take Shepard for example. :rolleyes:
 
"Public misunderstanding", ROFL :ROFL:. Everything from "Kill the boer" up to this ****,, is always been an misunderstanding with them. Their own people blind to the lies.
 
The way this is told it sounds to me like:

The BLA made comments about JM's comments.

They were subsequently SUMMONED to EFF HQ.

Then they were thoroughly schooled on what (not) to say about the EFF and their use of 'agent lawyers'.

The BLA 'surrendered their balls' in the process and agree that JM is the best and knows best and he was actually correct in his first assessment of them.

That statment makes the BLA look even worse than what was thought when they went in. Shame. LOL
 
One day they'll realise maybe they're just losing because their cases are crap & full of holes
 
Transformation only benefits connected cadres. It is a pretty way of rephrasing nepotism and jobs for pals.
