A West Rand man who was filmed by the close circuit camera he allegedly stole outside a nursery school on Sunday afternoon has been arrested, Beeld reported on Wednesday.
Lena Henning, the owner of a nursery school in Roodepoort, said a newspaper reader contacted her after recognising the suspect's picture published in Beeld and on Facebook on Tuesday.
