LoL, I googled that now now.
Decomposing inside a building would take a few days, seeing as it would be dry.
Becoming a skeleton... it's not as clear... but it would seem to be 6-24 months.
It's probably not that uncommon for employees to go awol and never return?
It would interesting to know if his salary was paid during the time he was busy transforming himself into a skeleton.
Maybe just a cable thief who got what he deserved?

Yes, true. But we don't know under which conditions this occurred... or the condition of the [-]body[/-]skeleton so it could be either or.

Indeed. No wonder we so very often hear of a station that has exploded or burst into flames! Ok..thats a bit dramatic...but they do burn down a lot lately.

One blew up in my neighbourhood at night. Sounded like a bombing raid, the sky was flashing orange. Woke up and nearly nearly s**t my pants

Everything needs a maintenance check. Even palendaba(sp) has a team that goes on monthly just to check. Even if it's mothballed.
