A man has been shot dead and another arrested after a hijacking in Midrand, Johannesburg metro police said on Wednesday.
Chief Superintendent Wayne Minnaar said patrolling officers noticed a black Fiat on Tuesday around 7pm, which had been reported hijacked earlier in Rabie Ridge.
