The article reports all the fuel consumptions as litres/km. E.g.:
Suzuki Celerio 1.0 GA – R139,900
  • Fuel consumption average: 4.7 litres/km
This cannot be? My car uses 0.11 liters/km and I regard that as high.
should be 4.7/100Km

Photos from the launch of the AngoNAP data centre in Brazil

Though it has seen a decline in murder rates from 83.48 per 100,000 residents in 2017, to 69.15 per 100,000 in 2018, the Citizen Council for Public Safety and Criminal Justice still ranked Fortaleza as the city with the ninth-highest rates of homicide in the world in 2018.

To put this in context — Fortaleza is only two places behind Cape Town, which had the eleventh-highest homicide rate in the world in 2018.

Does Fortazela have a higher murder rate than Cape Town or less? If more, then it should be two places in front?
