Why, explain it to me? I find that strange but I am rather interested in your view. Why is it worse and racist calling a black man a baboon but not a white man?

There is a historical precedent to this from a time not so long ago when black people were considered to be subhuman in nature.

Calling a black person a baboon/ape/chimpanzee/monkey is infinitely worse contextually than referring to them with the 'N' or 'K' word.

That in football matches hooligans especially in Spain, Italy and Eastern European supporters will make monkey sounds and actions when a black player gets the ball and this is rightly seen as racial abuse is and ample recognition of this. By denying it you either hold the same racist belief, are being deliberately obtuse or are merely not very intelligent.

Zapiro was using it in the context of the devolution of the ANCYL, nothing racist about that. In the case of this thread you have to take it in context of the poster's history in race. He would never honestly say how he's using it for fear of getting banned.

Oh dear, looks like I did touch a nerve then. Please, when our president stops behaving like one and perhaps gets a complete primary school education for a start, let me know. I'll gladly retract.

As for the presumption that it was a blanket statement that includes all black people or even just because the president is black, you're wrong. He's a twit. Hope that's not too offensive for you.

I am a Zapiro fan, but will point out fault where it is due

The inherent problem with Zapiro's portrayal of the last few characters in the picture is not that he is racist, but the confirmation/justification and acceptability it provides certain people who are genuine racists.
