The national census officially ends on Monday, 31 October, but workers will begin "mopping up" from Tuesday, the Sunday Times reported. This would involve picking up census forms which had been left with people, as well as those who had not been at home or available when census enumerators visited, census spokesman Trevor Oosterwyk told the paper.
