Article: Ngqula implicated in KPMG report

Oink, TIA and "I blame the ANC"

That was your tax money he was throwing around! :D

Makes you feel like all those rands you get gouged for PAYE are really really worth it, don't you?

The unions back this investigation which adds a lot of muscle / credibility!

At the end of the day, what everyone wants is people that are accountable, irrespective of creed, colour or even political affiliation.

Misuse/Abuse of public funds only robs the public of hard earned ronds in trying times.

If we get these people, with focused knowledge for their positions, not to mention ethics, nobody can stop us!

SAA wants R141m sponsorships back

SAA is considering further steps against Ngqula regarding two sports sponsorships he approved between 2006 and 2009. One was R21m for Angel Cabrera, an international golf player, and the other one R120m for the ATP tennis tour.

Ngqula could approve sponsorships of between R1m and R2m a year at most, said Carolus.

Lets hope this is the start of a corporate governance trend. But the skeptic in me thinks its more along the lines of a new board on a hunt for non-aligned political heads and associated cronies in preparation for big battles ahead...
