Article: Nkandla setback for minister

The High Court in Cape Town in February ordered the taxpayer to pay the costs of the DA's application to have the full Nkandla report released.

When the opposition is ordered to pay costs it comes out of their own budget.

Something very wrong there.

unfortunately contempt of Court needs to start causing costs to be awarded against the official's personal divvy and we need to start seeing officials (including Ministers) sitting in gaol contempt until delivery.
