The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) on Wednesday strongly denied investigating ANC Youth League president Julius Malema for hate speech.
"The NPA has noted with concern the inaccurate and misleading statement issued by the Pro-Afrikaanse Aksiegroup (Praag) today," spokesman Mthunzi Mhaga said.
