If you read the news24 comments you'll see he has the odd person support him, but they're quickly shot down by 100s that don't.

Gotto agree , as much as I dont like Jub Jub he never really intended to kill those kids , sure one can argue when you drink and drive you know the risk's but the difference would be that he never aimed for the kids when he drove. Well at least according to the reports.

Yes but one should know better I suppose. So thats the point of it, if you drink / drug and drive, any reasonable person would know someone will probably die because of your actions

I agree , I suppose one could say both are wrong with one just a little more.

You should read the court transcripts.
The point with Jub Jub was that they both knew the school kids were there walking all the way around the bend up the side of the road.
There were a lot of them as school had just gotten out.
He decided to drive recklessly, knowing full well that there was a very strong chance of either crashing or losing control in the presence of those school children.
That, in the courts opinion amounts to sufficient intention.

Must admit , never read the court transcripts. He should have gotten life !! Same with Oscar if found guilty

With drugs and alcohol in their system, it was probably too late for them to consider the consequences.

Misplaced support. SA is being overwhelmed by guntotting irresponsible clowns and rally to support this...Oscar must serve as a lesson to all who misuse guns
 
Jub jub probably thought that the mini was a superb machine and would probably swerve fly or swim past without scratching anyone. As for Oscar, I think he beleived that the gun had blanks.
