Article: Pistorius leaked photo problems

A leaked photograph, purportedly showing the scene where model Reeva Steenkamp was shot dead, had "shaken" the family of murder-accused paralympian Oscar Pistorius, his uncle said on Sunday night.

"We were shaken by the graphic images, leaked into the public domain this week, of the accident scene at Oscar's house," Arnold Pistorius said in a statement.
 
And what about the family of the girl your nephew killed? seems like this guy loves the media, constantly giving interviews
 
All part of the plan, highlighting how the police fumbled the case at every turn and he'll walk free.
 
His family and friends were at the scene way before the police. I bet one of them took the pic and leaked it.

Unfortunately I dont have evidence and have not heard it in court (like that immediate neighbours heard fighting and shouting earlier for example).

Even if you believe his story, blindly shooting through a locked bathroom door at some suspected burglar because you think you heard a noise it is enough to find him guilty of murder .
