Article: Racist toilet claim

The SA Human Rights Commission on Wednesday said it was not aware of another toilet segregation allegation at an animal clinic in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo.

"We are not aware of this allegation, but we will look into it," SAHRC spokesman Isaac Mangena told Sapa.

The SA Human Rights Commission seems to have very funny ideas about human rights.

I thought that the right to education was regarded as special in SA but, for several months, gangs of thugs prevented kids in the Northern Cape from attending school to such an extent that they lost a year and now have to repeat but, as far as I am aware, the Commission had no problem with it.
 
We had a situation like this at one of our newer sites. A construction worker came into the office and asked to use the toilet, and was pointed to the toilet next to the car park. Later he claimed that this was a toilet for blacks. Meanwhile, it was a toilet for visitors and contractors working on site, and the company employees have toilets inside the main office building :rolleyes:
 
Hmmmmm, how long until domestic workers and gardeners unite against their employers…

So cleaning the toilet is the same as using it?

So staff at a hotel can use guests' toilet too? Maybe it's OK with you, but society as a whole does not accept that sort of thing.
 
I had a drink in my mouth before entering these forums.
