Article: Riah Phiyega asks police for support

National police commissioner Riah Phiyega has distributed an email to members of the SA Police Service [SAPS] asking them for support as pressure for her to be suspended mounts, the Sowetan newspaper reported on Thursday.

Phiyega faces charges of defeating the ends of justice after a formal complaint was lodged with the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid).

Signs of desperation it would seem, never a good idea to start throwing insults at a group of the police when trying to ask for support especially when you are viewed as an outsider lacking the skills required by everyone in the Police.

The question really is who is going to be shoved in here next?
 
This woman set herself up for failure with her you dont need to be a drunkard to own a bottlestore comparison. Dont know what Zuma was thinking. So you dont have to be a cop to be top cop? So what do you call this what is happening now, its called **** hitting the fan.
