South Africa has been selected by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) to host the prestigious IAU Office for Astronomy Development (OAD).

Hopefully this is a positive step towards us getting the SKA.

WOW! Amazing the power of words. Maybe South Africa will also be selected by the Worldwide Stargazing Society (WSS) to host the prestigious WSS Office for Stargazing Development (OSD). Hopefully this would be a positive step towards us getting the SKA. Woop-de-doo!
