Article: Sars cannot stop me: Malema

EFF leader Julius Malema said the SA Revenue Service (Sars) cannot stop him or his party from going to Parliament, SABC news reported on Tuesday.

"We are going to Parliament. There is no Sars that can be used to stop us from going to Parliament," he told Economic Freedom Fighters supporters in Mooiplaas, near Pretoria on Monday.

Ummm sorry Julius, they can stop YOU going to parliament... if the order is made final you will not be allowed to be an MP.

He needs to be stopped. Seems he has only violence on his mind. He will totally mess up South Africa.

I bet you he wished he had some secret tapes right now...

Yes, he is a dangerous nuisance and needs to be removed from humanity.

Seems the Poles must come to the rescue again.

we know. Because You have a big bunch of amoebas that will fall for a Tshirt and a sandwich.

What he is forgetting, is that the laws of Zuma no longer apply and protect him, he is now an 'ordinary' citizens, and the law will come down on him.. HARD

i just hope he has enough brains to have saved evidence against Zuma, and he will use it for a 'plea' bargain.

I think he is worse off than an 'ordinary' citizen. To me it appears that pretty much every pro-ANC organisation is making sure to derail him. Don't get me wrong - I do agree that he should be booked for tax-fraud, but in all fairness we have a state security & intelligence minister, who's wife is a convicted drug smuggler and then there are tons of politicians and members of police who have criminal records. To date none have been fired and in the worst case have been suspended WITH pay.

I personally think that Malema is not really a force to worry about, but has sufficient influence to be a PITA with the ANC. I am still surprised that he has not "wikileaked" the internals of the ANC and the obvious corruption (unless he never was privy to it, which I doubt).

I think he'd be dead now if he did know.

Just think if he acts like this now (without power)... just say he was in power, would he ever give it up? Not a flying monkey chance.. just like Mad Bob.

And people want to vote for this mofo... he will be same as Mogabe. Sink the country, will he pockets everything in overseas bank accounts.

It's not the SARS you have to worry about with the ANC. It's the swine flu.

Zuma is no different right now. It's good to have the EFF around to cause a bit of friction and "de-moth" the ANC before the elections . Malema would never gain a substantial amount of support (at least not in this elections)

...at a stage this is going to happen:

ANC will become the NP and some new ANC will take their place. EFF + masses == new anc?

Looking Africa in general... there has been little revert from regimes into working ones again.
