Article: Speedster in pyjamas nabbed

Two motorists, one of them in his pyjamas, and a motorcyclist were arrested for speeding in Benoni on Saturday, Ekurhuleni traffic officials said.

A driver in a black Mercedes Benz was arrested when he was caught driving 142km/h in a 80km/h zone on Snake Road, Chief Superintendent Wilfred Kgasago said.

"Although he was clad in pyjamas, he claimed that he was rushing to pick up his colleague as they were late for work."
