Talk of doing away with the Constitution's "sunset clauses" is outdated, a constitutional law expert said on Tuesday.

Unless one just redefines things to the way in which you would like it to be.
 
2 thirds majority, so I assume 67%?

If they indeed did get 65.9% of the vote, i am surprised that they did not get another party to join them for the extra 2%.
 
These idiots will try doing changes without consultation or voting.
