Article: Testicle pulling wife gets sentence reduced

A woman who was convicted of assault for pulling her cheating husband's testicles so hard he required stitches, had her sentence reduced by the High Court in Pretoria, The Star newspaper reported on Wednesday.

Gladys Chauke was initially sentenced to a year in prison with the option of a R3000 fine, but judges Ronel Tolmay and Cynthia Pretorius lowered it to three months in prison or a fine of R1000, according to the report.

have to disagree
how's your anatomy knowledge ?

She pulled his testicles to a point of them bleeding... what else would she what have rather pulled, his penis? I'd say the testicles are more sensitive to pain...

I'm afraid you're confusing me. You have painful erections?

The testicles are the most sensitive. She wanted to hurt her cheating husband and that's a great place to start.

Heh.
My wife's grandfather used to own a farm. His foreman had a rep for beating his wife and cheating on her. Seems one night she had enough and when the opportunity showed itself - mid argument - she grabbed and pulled. And pulled until his begging woke the entire compound.
Then told him in front of everyone that she will have it cut it off and fed to rats if he raised a hand to her again.
All he did for the next week was sit in front of his kaya and drink coffee, shuffling to bed every night.
No one mentioned it again after that. And no - he never risked it again.
But Elizabeth worked in the farm kitchen, and when once asked what happened said 'I just grabbed hold and pulled until it felt soeeee' then rubbed her fingers together. :wtf:

Real justice would be if he would have to pay the fine because she does not have a job.

Can't wait to see the response when some cheating woman gets her jaw broken by her husband. I'm sure many lols will be had then.

"The assault itself was not of such a serious nature. The sentence induces a sense of shock..." said Tolmay.

:erm:

Cheating husband... sounds like she pulled the right thing.

You can't be serious. Imagine the outrage if a husband gave his cheating wife a PK so hard she fell, cut herself and needed stitches.

Just break up with the person. No need for violence.
