Article: This media will destroy the democracy: Malema

The media should be regulated, suspended ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema said on the SABC Asikhulume talk show on Sunday night.

"The media should be regulated, because this media will destroy the democracy," he told SABC presenter Vuyo Mvoko.
 
Regulating the media would stop these julius comments coming through, so maybe it's not such a bad thing?

The madam's party is the only one among them that earned any respect.
 
RPM, Who is this private individual who does not hold a position at any office or body that I am aware of and why is his opinion of any importance to us?
 
Why, oh why do we live in a country where people can talk such blatant crap and still get away with.

Just as much as 1+1=3 is incorrect, so much what Malema said is incorrect.

Anyone with half a brain knows that the media has the power to expose his corruption, hence the attack against the media.
What is the progress with the case against this thief anyway?
 
Freedom of the press is one of the pillars of democracy. "Regulating' the press, as he calls it, is the beginning of censorship, and that's always one of the first signs that a democracy is about to end.

Anyone else spot a cute little contradiction here?
