Well, surely we should be saying spy satellites and not secret spy satellites... since, there's sorta a lack of secrecy now .

In any case, unless these satellites could do cool things like target people and kill them, then they useless to my concern.

Besides, I think South Africa is so far off the radar from the rest of the world that it probably doesn't actually make a difference .
